Here at St. James' Park in Newcastle, we take the organizing out of your organization, in order for you to focus on your day's meeting, conference or event. 

From the first point of contact, your dedicated Sales Co-ordinator will work with you to arrive at the best solution for your meeting, conference or event in Newcastle.  Upon arrival, our Duty Manager will ensure that the arrangements made surrounding your event will exceed your expectations.

Our range of executive boxes accommodate between 10 and 40 delegates and are perfect for conference breakout rooms when used in conjunction with our larger suites. Intermediate suites will host events for between 40 and 160 meeting guests.

For Newcastle events in the region of 300 guests, the Moncur Suite and Club 206 offer spacious surroundings. For large scale events the Bamburgh Suite cannot fail to impress, being suited to events such as conferences, product launches, fashion shows, Christmas parties and exhibitions. The Suite benefits from a raised stage and permanent dance floor.
