Experience an authentic naval Christmas
on board HMS Belfast
This is the only venue where you can celebrate a
traditional naval Christmas in the heart of London.
HMS Belfast was saved for the nation in 1971 and is the
only surviving example of the great fleets of big armoured
warships. She is preserved in her traditional naval glory
and her rooms maintain their original splendour, thus
allowing you to recreate the celebrations which took
place on board throughout the ship’s service.
Take the opportunity to be piped on board in traditional
naval style. This will guarantee a grand entrance for your
guests, reminiscent of the arrival of the Admiral himself.
HMS Belfast veterans can take your group on a tour of
the ship before dinner, whilst talking about first-hand
experiences of their time at sea.
Food will be served by stewards in traditional jackets with
epaulettes and gold buttons. A selection of naval rum
punch, fine wines, champagne and even hot toddies
can be served throughout the evening to create a truly
unique event. |
