Celebrate the festive season in style at Epsom Downs Racecourse.
Our unique location, breathtaking views, excellent food and fantastic facilities will guarantee a night to remember. Epsom Downs Racecourse is the ideal location for your Christmas Party. We can either host a
party just for your company or arrange for groups of colleagues and friends to take a table at one
of our party nights. Of course, we are also holding our traditional New Year’s Eve Black Tie Ball.
Situated just between junctions 8 and 9 of the M25, Epsom Downs Racecourse is easily accessible
by road and a short taxi ride from Epsom Station.

New Year's Eve Ball |
Welcome in 2009 at the Queen’s Stand at Epsom Downs Racecourse. We will be hosting two New
Year’s Eve Balls in the Queen’s Stand in 2008, one in the Blue Riband Room on the first floor and
one in the Derby Suite on the third floor. The price and catering are identical for both events, but
please make sure your party all book for the same one.
The Blue Riband and Derby Suite Balls both commence with a Champagne reception followed by
a mouth watering four course meal. A half bottle of superior wine per person is also included.
Dance to music from a live band and welcome in the New Year in style.
Drinks reception: 7.30pm
Dinner: 8pm prompt
Bar until: 1am

Downs Racecourse in September 2008. The perfect
accommodation for Christmas party guests, rooms start

A short walk from the Queen’s Stand, the hotel will be
